Has he explicitly said that he doesn't like it? Unfortunately if he has, there isn't a ton you can do, because you wouldn't want to be pressured into doing something sexual that you're not comfortable with, would you?
HOWEVER! If he's totally cool with you going down on HIM, it would feel slightly hypocritical and you'd maybe have to extend the conversation into a why and point out the discrepancies in his thinking.

Just talk to him, but you can't force him to do anything. Not going down on him until he goes down on you puts him in the position of doing something he isn't consenting to and being forced into. Some guys don't like it just like some girls don't like giving head. It's not mandatory and if you think it should be then date someone that enjoys going down on you, because his likes and dislikes shouldn't be required to change to meet your wants.

Talk to him. Maybe he doesn't realize you want it to happen more. But if he doesn't like going down on you then you're either going to have to live with it or find someone who meets your sexual needs better. You can NOT force him to go down on you. And by the way saying I'm not giving you head until you give it to me is wrong- it's pressuring him into something he doesn't like. And if it was the other way around everyone on here would be telling you that he doesn't respect you and that he's no good. So don't pressure him into something he doesn't want to do. If you decide that you don't like giving head and mutually decide to leave oral off the table then great. But don't pressure him.

The only thing you can do is talk to him and find a solution that works for you both- one that does not put people in situations they're uncomfortable with.

Mine hates it too, tbh it doesn't bother me so much because I find other ways to have him please me. But sometimes I'm like "says you will eat me out, never does" or I'll show him a meme and be like "too bad you're not like that". In a joking way of course. I agree I love sex with my man & the intimacy but I love head also. I suggest U withold the sex from him, if U can't get what U clearly really want & enjoy why should he???? Be careful with that & don't fall for it because, if he doesn't want to do it he will do it wrong so U will tell him to stop.
