Thick indent line caused obvious evap, but also thick test line?

Okay ladies I need advice on evap lines please. (I am discarding the test sense I am not 100% I saw something before time was up so this is just a question! I'm like 50% sure.)

So I took both ovulation and pregnancy test this morning. I noticed before ever taking the test that the indent line was VERY noticeable. I kept thinking I saw the worlds SMALLEST AND FAINTEST of lines. I already knew I'd see an evap line for sure sense the line was so deep, but I saw what really did look like maybe my eyes we're not fooling me. There's a thick line above and below with light pink color of the evap line (the evap line/indent wasn't straight to begin with!) My question is :

can a evap line cause a thick line to appear almost like a positive Line would look?

If you actually look at the picture you will see both the evap line and the thick line all together so I know I am not crazy I just want to know if a evap line can cause a thick line.
