Boy or Cord?

We went for our 18 week u/a, baby is so adorable And growing well! We looked between the legs and couldn't see anything at first, and then saw this! Doesn't look like my other boys, so wasn't sure if it's the cord or not?

I def think that's a boy. With my daughter you can tell it's a girl, it's not like there's just nothing there ..
