liposuction?

Anyone on here ever had a liposuction or know anyone who has? I'm getting tired of the way I look. I'm 160 5'8" 19 years old. I just want to start over with my body I've been gaining more weight and can't seem to lose it no matter how hard I try. I went to the gym for 2 year and was on a diet and gained weight. Got in an accident and couldn't work out much anymore due to my  knees getting injured in the accident. I eat what I want, I know that it's not good but I have no motivation at all to try and help myself. Just want to start over and eat clean once I know I'm skinny. I used to weigh normal weight when I was in high school doing sports (5'7" 130 pounds 9th, 10th, 11th and I was an early grad from high school so I only did 3 years but I stayed at  that weight. Also 9th grade I started out at 145 pounds and I met my boyfriend and he was about the same weight so I got insecure cause I didn't want to weigh more then my boyfriend so I stopped eating and only ate half an apple a day which made me go from 145 to 120 and then with sports I had a healthy 130 weight) I'm thinking of a liposuction. Getting depressed and even more insecure with the way I look.
