Definitely sex- we had see at 38 weeks and 4 days and my water broke first thing the next morning. I definitely think it was because we were having a lot of sex.

This time I'll be trying that and I'm also bouncing on an exercise ball and drinking RRL tea.

Honestly I've tried everything and nothing has worked. Sex, walking , raspberry tea, pressure point massage and clary sage essential oil. I was told not to use castor oil but it's super tempting as I'm four days overdue.

I am not sure if this is actually what pushed me over the edge to start labor. It I took castor oil (laxative form) after researching it a lot! It's hard to find. We found it at rite aid. I only took 2 teaspoons instead of the recommended dose. I mixed it with orange juice. It gave me no discomfort or diahreaa with such a small dose. I took it At 5pm. My water broke at midnight and I delivered at 4:20am ! Coincidence... maybe. But it's worth a shot!
