Sharp pain ?

I've had a really bad sharp pain where u normally get cramp when ur on ur period but this has been going on for three weeks and idk if there's something wrong however today I have started my period cycle for this month I have had my period before and normally its cramp but three week and a bad sharp pain idk and today it was a consistent sharp pain all day and it bothers me in class a lot 😢😘
