HELP!!!

There's this thing right behind my vagina. It's sensitive to touch and it's growing slightly. Does anyone know what it is or how to get rid of it?? I don't have any STDs, I got myself checked. Its not an ingrown hair (because it's larger than that) and It's not cancer.. I can't go to the doctors until next month. Ideas?? Help! 😓
