How would you deal with this?

So I work with 5 other people at my job so it's not like I can just avoid this girl which is making things so much harder! She's constantly going on about her boyfriend and how much she misses him while she's at work. It's constant. Like every time she opens her mouth. Normally it wouldn't really bother me at all except that you can't say anything to her or anyone else without her telling you she misses her boyfriend more or something similar. Today, I was talking to one of the guys I work with about trading shifts with him for next Saturday since my boyfriend is going to be visiting me (we're LDR). She was walking by and just jumped into the conversation and started going on about how she could never do an LDR and that if she did she's sure that he'd cheat or something similar (she said all this while giving me very pointed looks- my boyfriend and I have no trust issues or problems by the way). It's just so annoying. I don't talk about my boyfriend around her in case it sets her off but honestly she'd make paperwork about her boyfriend. I'm at the point where I want to scream at her- they live together and are apart maybe 9hrs of the day like can't she talk about anything else? Doesn't she get bored? I completely understand that she's in love and I guess she misses him after like 10min after walking into the office. But i can't take it- I'd like to be able to have a conversation without it immediately turn into an all about her and her boyfriend monologue. Has anyone ever been in a similar situation? Or does anyone have any suggestions? I've got 3 more months of this job (it's only been a month) and I literally work every shift with her. I don't want to cause drama but she's making my blood boil and I know she's driving the other people we work with nuts too!
