Weightloss

I am struggling with going to the gym. It's not motivation it's the fact I have anxiety going. Every time I go I see all these fit people and I just end up walking out because I don't want them to laugh at me. I used to be 140 lbs and after two years in college weigh 215 lbs. It's not the skinny factor, I just want to be healthier. I've been eating well but need the confidence to go further.
