Close to labor?

So, I read this info and Glow also confirms it, that when your having diarrhea it means your close to going into labor. This has been the case but I only had it once a couple weeks back, then twice recently and now all day today. And there is always lower back cramps that follow. I have NOT had anything to eat out of the norm and I drink A LOT OF WATER on a daily basis. Anyone experienced this and then had baby soon? I'm a 3rd time mom to be and I never had this with my other 2 pregnancies.
