19 weeks but baby is measuring 22 weeks

I'm 19 weeks and Had my anatomy scan and baby's organs and everything is measuring 22 weeks. Does this mean that I'm further than what doctors though? It's no big deal, just wondering. My baby is also weighing 13 ounces already. My doctor didn't mention anything at my appointment afterwards. Just having a curious mind! Thanks in advance!
