I probably sound so stupid.. labia swelling?!? what

Part of my labia minora is swollen on only one side it's itchy too but no discharge and no Oder just swollen. What is the cause of this? How do I get it back to normal?

I get this often if I am wearing tight pants while moving a lot or from laundry detergent that irritated my skin. I've scratched mine so much before that it actually bled and was so swollen it looked like I had testicles... 😳

Bra the swelling will go down. Take a nice hot bath, and then hold some ice wrapped in paper towels on it to help relieve the itch and reduce swelling. Hydrocortisone cream is also great
