Is it possible I was pregnant?

So I just got the iud that last 10 years but before I got this I was 3 months late and having all the symptoms of pregnancy that I had with my daughter. All my urine pregnancy test came back negative and because of this my ob wouldn't do a blood test before putting the IUD in. Now I'm bleeding a lot and in a lot of pain. I have huge blood clots coming out and the pregnancy symptoms I was having are gone.. is it possible I was pregnant and now because of the iud am having a miscarriage? Only had the kid in for 2 days

When I was pregnant with my daughter I took almost 3 months for positive tests to come back.
