i've been asked if i'm having twins already🙄

i have been asked if I'm having twins by 3 different people and 2 close friends mentioned twins to me just yesterday. my SO has had 4 different people mention us having twins too. i know i'm showings early because i already have 1 child and i could just be really bloated. and i know i won't know until my ultrasound here in 2 weeks if it's twins or not. but does the outside appearance of my stomach look too big for 7weeks and 5days? i feel as if i'm just extremely bloated.🤷🏽‍♀️
