Confused

So glow has been pretty dead set with AF... Well was supposed to start the 1st, here it is the 10th nd nothing! Have a milky discharge, but test has been negative! Took clomid 100mg last month, nd now I'm on day 38 of my cycle nd its usually dead on 27-29 days in between! Im so confused! Could it just be the meds, or am I pregnant and I'm not pushing enough HCG for a test to pick it up... I was 14wks with my oldest when I found out and I had AF the whole time. I was 12wks with my youngest! I'm just lost! In seriously to the point of giving up.
