I don't understand why women think having a baby will keep a man in the relationship. Lately I've been seeing a lot of women ttc/get pregnant just so they're SO we'll stay with them. I'm sorry lady's but seriously that doesn't work, they might stay but at some point they'll really want to get out and they will. Or the man will just leave, they've got 9 months to get out because hey their not holding it. Baby's don't keep guy's if anything it runs them away (unless it's planned by both party's).
