stopping my bcp

So, I want to stop my birth control permanently. I'm only 16 but I want to stop it because I have no sex drive and I find it makes my depression worse. My parents always tell us to use the pill and condoms but when I'm on the pill I'm too dry so condoms hurt. But when I'm not on the pill condoms don't hurt because I'm wet. Is it dumb for me to stop my pills?
