cramping for 3 1/2 hours straight, help
I've had cramps that started at the mid part of the right side of my back and have moved to my front right side as well. The cramps don't hurt too bad, but they have lasted for a little over three and a half hours straight and I can't sleep. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I go to the hospital?
