leaking fluid

I have been up to the labor and delivery before for a small amount of clear liquid and this isn't my first pregnancy I did rip on my last pregnancy at 36 weeks. This is a very little amount of fluid that I am keeping track of but has anyone else experienced this liquid feeling without it being amniotic fluid? I'm only at 32 weeks and I'm keeping a pad on to track it but I was last told at 20 weeks that it was nothing so now I really don't know if this is emergency worthy or false alarm again...
