solid foods when?

Hello mama's.. when did you introduce solid foods to your babies? Mine just turned 4 months today and was wondering if she should start rice cereal???

It's not recommended until the baby is 6 months old. I know so many moms do it before but why chance it?

Started Emma on runny oatmeal and she wasn't a fan. Going to try next weekend.  You can start them on rice or oatmeal cereal at 4 months.

My babys dr said i can start him now & he's 4 months old. But my son is big for his age lol

Look up AAP and CDC feeding recommendations. 6 months - no sooner.

Just gave very runny rice cereal today for the first time. She was 4 months on the 7th. This was her face after trying it lol.
