tried too soon?

I mc may 6. I bled for 5 days and midwife gave me the thumbs up to try as soon as I was emotionally ready. Went to the ER for a panic attack on May 8 found out my hcg is at 827. They did a pelvic exam and I started spotting old blood today. I'm wondering if this is another mc or if the hcg is just on its way down from the  mc in may or if I'm pregnant now and everything is fine. I am so upset and worried I can't even handle myself.
