I've had the Paragard IUD for about three years now because the hormones from birth control would make my face break out uncontrollably and made me really self-conscious. However, my periods are really bad to the point where I sometimes can't get out of bed and I don't want to miss any work because of this so I'm looking to switch to something else. My problem is I'm concerned any hormonal form of birth control will make me break out again like I used to and I really don't want to go through that again. Any advice or suggestions would be amazing because I'm at my wit's end with this ordeal. :/
