Please tell me I'm not the only one with this problem

After sex if it's extra rough and my vagina/clit is sore, no matter how many times I rinse it in the shower, it smells. 😑 you can just smell the pain lol. I can clean it so good, then when I'm all dried off, it doesn't smell pretty! For like 2 days until it's not sore anymore. How do I fix this 😂😩
