So yesterday I noticed my breast was pretty sore feeling and so was my nipple. I thought maybe my 18 month old son hit it and I forgot. Well this morning I woke up and the pain is still there. It's only in a certain spot and it runs to my nipple. My brain keeps telling me "clogged duct" and usually I leak a little. I have not leaked at all from that breast for two days. I have read where you can pump while pregnant but to be very very careful cause it can cause labor. If I try hand expression could it help? Idk what to do cause I have never had this before.
