Are breasts genitals?

Help me out here...I'm having a discussion with somebody and there seems to be some disagreement.
Are breasts genitals? I don't mean secondary sexual characteristics...I mean do you believe breasts are genitals?

No they aren't. Medically genitals are organs involved in reproduction and breasts are not involved in that. They're not even a part of the genital tract.
