What are some things you thought you needed for your first child that you didn't ?

I just had a conversation with my cousin and she had her first child about two years ago, she told me that there's a few things that she bought that was a complete waste of time and money like a walker etc lol, so I appreciate her helping me and kinda guiding me through because I have no idea what to buy and I have limited space. I know everyone is different, every mom is different but being more experienced now what are some things you wish you didn't waste money and/or time on?
