Dinner Ideas??

Hello ladies! It's going to be very hot for about the next 2 weeks here. Does anyone have any dinner ideas that won't require me to use my oven? I'm not opposed to using the grill, but I'd rather not. I love to cook and am very curious what other people eat for dinner. Any ideas would be helpful and greatly appreciated =)
