Baby will be fine, your back may feel the pain from it though so I'd make sure you wear good shoes and maybe a belly support band when you get big

Nope. walking/exercise and standing are good for you. I bartended the until 39 weeks and I think it helped keep me more active and fit/ minimized any swelling in ankles and kept my pregnancy low risk.
