I walked 30 min a day!!

I had my daughter on Feb 1st. I went back to work at 6 weeks and starting walking on my breaks...about 2-3 miles total. It really made a difference! I lost 5 lbs in 1 month. Now this is my 3rd child so Yes I do have a bunch of stretch marks and loose skin on my abdomen but I am listing the baby fat. I want to start toning my body now but I barely have time with 3 kids!! lol.
