I'm sixteen and I've been using tampons for maybe four years but I'm just now having this issue. I was on a trip to a lake with a friend as normal with a fresh tampon and ended up spending two nights at their house - I hadn't intended to, and left my tampon in for about two days. all was normal and it just kind of fell out on its own but I just put in a fresh tampon and it hurts? It's painful to sit up and walk, I know it's the tampon because I hadn't had this issue when I showered. is it normal to have this pain with tampons??
