could I be pregnant?

I had unprotected sex a week ago, he didn't come all the way in, only around 1 inch and for 50 secs or so. I'm expecting my period in 3 days, I feel pain on my breasts, but I usually do before all my periods. I read precum could get someone pregnant, so I made sure he hadn't ejaculated all day long, also he peed before he went in, could it still be a chance that the precum could get me pregnant?
