Conception without implantation.

A couple months ago i thought for sure i was pregnant. My period was 3 days late and really heavy. Heavier than normal. And my discharge was the milky watery white they say you get as an early pregnancy symptom. I tested right around the time i expected my period but it was negative. Now I'm thinking i probably conceived a bunch of times but none of them actually implanted successfully. I'm tired of feeling weird without a kid in my life while everyone around me got theres. I never even experienced a miscarriage as a sign that at least it's possible. I may need to be reevaluated if af shows her face this week. Cuz we really tried this time.
