migraines @12wks, normal?

I've been getting really bad headaches the past 2 weeks. & a handful have turned into migraines. woke up this morning feeling perfectly fine then about an hour & a half of being awake this massive migraine kicked in felt like I was going to throw up & ended up having diarrhea for the 2nd time since I've been awake this morning. is this normal or could it be stress related?? should I call the dr or just let it run its course?
