my boyfriend cheated on me

my boyfriend always asked me not to tell people we were a thug which was my first clue something was going on but he was so nice to me i never thought he would hurt me. i had been told by my friends that he was flirting with a bunch of girls and then heard he messed around with one of my friends. i didn't listen to them. last night he texted me saying he "just wants to be single" i thought i'd be heartbroken leaving him but honestly, i feel free. fuck him!
