Mini rant - protein in urine

8 days ago, I was in L&d for super weird blood pressure and pulse. They kept me there for 4 hours to test for pre-e. Everything came back normal, couldn't explain the blood pressure. Fast forward to today, and now my obgyn wants to go through the testing for pre-e, again. It's only been 8 days. What the hell could have changed? It's bad enough that the lab they are using isn't part of my insurance network, so it's $700+ in testing, twice in 8 days. Really?! Have any of you had to take the same test over and over in such a small time frame??
