please please please help

I've been on microgestin fe 1/20 for almost 4 months now. I skipped my placebo week last month because I was getting married and going on my honeymoon. It's now the second day of my placebo week and I still haven't spotted. All I have is white discharge. I have cramps resembling a period, but no blood. I've never been more than 30 minutes late taking my pill. My boobs hurt all last month but today they're okay. I am really freaking out, can someone please tell me why this could be happening?!
