So I'm pretty sure I'm pregnant, but I haven't missed my period yet, I'm bleeding but I think it's just implantion bleeding. Can someone tell me the difference between menstrual and implantation bleeding??
It's like a bright reddish pink, but only when I use the bathroom..

Implantation bleeding is usually a rusty orange or pink color and usually lasts only a few hours whereas a menstrual cycle bleeding can be brown, dark red, or bright red and lasts anywhere from 24hours to several weeks (depending on your cycle) ...
Implantation bleeding - very very light possibly like spotting Period - heavy bleeding that goes on for five to seven days like a normal period.
