Share your stories with subchorionic hematoma

I said told last Wednesday I had one after bleeding like a light period for 2 hours. Since then I've been spotting poop brown with black clots. Cleared up this weekend after resting NOT moving at all cept to pee and eat. Today I had a orgasm this morning and did yard work... not it's heavy, bigger clots and has light red in it... normal or bad???
