Mono/Mono twins... feeling worried

Went to see the perinatal specialist today and have an ultrasound. Found out that we are having mono mono twins. I was already having a high risk pregnancy and now this has me worried. The specialist wants to put me in the hospital at 23 weeks on bedrest and place a cerclage at 14 weeks. I went online (I know I know) and the statistics were scary. Any of you have successful mono/mono pregnancies and can make this girl feel less stressed?
