Brand or Generic?

Question

I have been prescribed to Tri-Sprintec for the past 4 months, the reason I was put on this pill was to clear my acne... but it has done the complete opposite. My forehead has cleared up a large majority but my entire right cheek and chin has become enflamed with pimples. 
I did some research and many people said the Brand name (Ortho Tri Cyclen) made a more positive difference compared to the generic. Has anyone tried both the generic/brand of Ortho? What were your results?

Well the tri was the problem for me. After switching to sprintec it helped a lot more with the acne & regulating my cycle.

I personally didnt like tri sprintec to begin with but i didnt take it correctly lol everyone reacts differently to each pill i take tri estarylla now and its cleared my acne up really well. Did you tell your gyno that acne is a big concern for you?

I have taken Tri-Sprintec and Orto-Tricyclen and the Tri-Sprintec actually worked better for my acne
