6-7 week ultrasound. HELP

Hi I had a pelvic ultrasound done. I could possibly be 6-7 weeks from the date I last had sex. I took a test and it was negative. I know the looked at my uterus because I seen "uterus" written on the screen. If the tech had of seen that I was pregnant would have he told me or noted it for the radiologist to write in the report. When I went to the doctors to get my report (checking for endo or cysts or other problem in my pelvic area) she said everything looked clear.
