Dumb mind games

I'd like to hear from women who have had cramping from implantation.

I'm 6 dpo today which I know is early for implantation. But I just felt this sudden pain on my left pelvic that was like a stabbing/pinching feeling. It only lasted a few seconds then some kind of sensation went across my left side to the middle of my pelvis. Idk how to describe it; it felt fluttery and warm almost? I'm just curious if this could be implantation happening or my body just hates me and is playing mind games lol
