6 Weeks High HCG = Twins?!!!

Hi ladies! I had an FET done a few weeks ago and put in two 5 day blastocysts. My beta for the blood test after the TWW was 4060. This was pretty high considering my first FET beta was in the 200's, but ended in a MC. My clinic had me wait another week and a half to take a second blood test. Got the results from the lab and it is 58785! My clinic has yet to call and give me  this info, even though I beat them to it, and that's when I'll probably see if they'll schedule an U/S. Do you guys think that both blastocysts took and I could be having twins?!!! 🙊😱
