Early period?

So my period wasn't supposed to come until 12 days from today, but it came early. I recently just moved back from Savannah to Chicago since my semester ended and have started a daily workout routine. I'm also on the pill and haven't missed a day. Y'all think this early period is just due to my lifestyle change? Read some stuff about pregnancy spotting and it's kind of freaking me out 😅
