Horrid headache!!! Help!!!!

I drink water, I've taken painkillers, I stretch, NOTHING IS HELPING THIS HEADACHE. I suffered from chronic migraines for a long time and for a year or so I really haven't had them to bad. But the last week I have had this constant pain in my temples and through the front of my brain. It's not like my normal migraines which always come with flashy lights in my vision and nausea. It's just this constant pain that won't go away, I'm not sure what else to do and I can't afford a doctor at the moment, so PLEASEEEEE SOMEBODY HELP ME BEFORE I TAKE THE WHOLE BOTTLE OF IBUPROFEN 😢
