Getting pregnant after an eptopic.

Hi. Just wondering if anyone if in the same situation or similiar. I already have a little girl shes 2 but unfortunately we experienced an eptopic in march which had ruptured which caused me.to be really poorly and due to this they had t remove my left tube. Everyone ive spoke to seems to have got pregnant again straight away. We have been trying pretty much since i recovered. I know its not long but feeling impatient as we would love to give our little girl a brother or sister. Tbh would just be nice to speak to other people
