what's normal?

AF due today...so far no sign of her!! Keeping my fingers crossed. Is it normal to feel a little achy (not necessarily crampy) around my waist line and hips?? Two days ago, when I wiped once after going pee I had some traces of what appeared to be old blood. No spotting really. I put on a liner and haven't seen anything else since. Thoughts??
