morning sickness?

I havent been throwing up however, i've been feeling really ill. I took a pregnancy test however, it said it was negative i'm considering taking one as i haven't had my period yet. I've had a really sore back and i'm really hormonal... Like i have low sex drive anyway😂 bore i know! But i've been wanting sex a lot lately.. my wee is realy strong and i haven't got a water infection. I'm super worried. Any advice girls?
