Brace for baby

Anybody here have experience with their baby needing a brace for anything? My daughter got one on Monday because of her hip bone not being at the right angle and could lead to slipped hip discs and later in life a hip replacement. I'm just so worried that what if the brace doesn't correct it? They want the angle to be under 30 and hers is at a 30. She will wear the brace for 3 months during naps and bedtime and if it changes the angle to at least a 27 then she will stop it
