Just diagnosed with PCOS

I was diagnosed with PCOS today and I just completely lost it. I just was thinking about how hard it would be to conceive in he future. The past 6 months, I have not been trying but also not been preventing pregnancy and now more than ever I want to crawl in a hole and just cry. Did you ladies ever conceive naturally or should I start talking to my doctor about starting clomid or femara to help?
